È nato a Madrid, Spagna, nel 1986 e studia flauto jazz in Belgio, dove attualmente risiede. Ottiene la sua laurea magistrale in Jazz e dopo un periodo di esaurimento intorno all’anno 2020, Javier inizia a tracciare linee come una sorta di meditazione. La sua arte, principalmente astratta, è una porta per aprire la comunicazione tra le emozioni e i pensieri che l’artista prova creando il suo lavoro e quelli che lo spettatore riceve contemplandoli. Si stabilisce attraverso semplici elementi compositivi, una composizione organica, che invita alla meditazione e all’associazione libera.
His art, mostly abstract, is a door to open communication between the emotions and thoughts that the artist experiences creating his work, and those that the viewer receives by contemplating them. It is established through simple compositional elements, an organic composition, which invites meditation and free association. Most of his compositions are based on lines, made with Indian ink pens or markers. The artist works in small format, which allows him to make creations in situ, without erasing and in a single stroke. Javier works and reworks improvised lines at first, until he obtains a work that could resemble a living tissue, or a system, or in short, an identity of his own. His line is a mixture of naïve and primitivism, with clear spontaneity and rhythm. There is no figuration, beyond what the viewer adds with his imagination; there is no volume, no light, just strokes.
