Metaverse NFT Reality

Kuadro.it provides a service for converting images submitted by users into NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) with the aim of creating digital art for sale. This contract outlines the terms and conditions between the client submitting the files and Kuadro.it.

1. Submission and Authentication

The client must complete the form provided on the website with the following information:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Selfie with a clearly visible identity document (to verify ownership of the artwork)

All files submitted without identity verification through a selfie will not be considered eligible for NFT conversion.

2. Declaration of Rights and Responsibilities

By submitting the images and accepting this contract, the client declares and guarantees that:

• They possess all the necessary rights and licenses for the distribution and sale of the submitted artwork.
• They are the sole owner of the rights to the submitted images and have full control over them.

Kuadro.it assumes no responsibility in the event of legal disputes related to undeclared copyrights.

3. Creation and Evaluation of NFTs

• The images submitted will be reviewed by the Kuadro.it team, which reserves the right to decide whether the image is suitable for conversion and sale as an NFT.
• Each accepted image will be converted into an NFT with a maximum of 10 numbered copies, using marketplace platforms such as OpenSea.io.
• Only approved NFTs will be promoted on the website and within the metaverse gallery.

4. Profit Distribution

• The client will receive 70% of the net profit from the sale of the NFTs derived from their images. The selling price will be determined by Kuadro.it after a careful analysis of the submitted image, comparing it to similar existing artworks in the market or based on the pricing of the client’s existing works.
• Earnings will be paid exclusively in cryptocurrency (e.g., Ethereum, USDC).
• At the time of an NFT sale, Kuadro.it commits to contacting the client to confirm the transaction and complete the payment within a reasonable period of time.

5. Final Terms and Conditions

• This contract is binding when the client clicks on “Accept” and submits the image submission form.
• Kuadro.it reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with prior communication to registered users.
• No NFT will be created without team approval and without the client’s explicit consent.

6. Acceptance

By clicking on “Accept” and submitting the images (Convert Please button), the client agrees to the terms and conditions of this contract, confirming that they have read and understood their rights and obligations.
